Your access to use our Health App and the services will be solely at the discretion of Neucrad Health Hub India LLP.

The user of our website and NC Health Hub App must be 18 years old or more having a healthy conscious mind and not debarred by any law to contract to access and use the Application and Services as a Primary User in order to register, use the Services, providing medical consultation services or check/visit the App in any manner.

As a Primary User, you can access our Health App for the minors, secondary users, according to the law at your state (i.e. a person less than 18 years of age), to avail our App’s health/medical facilities and services with the understanding that the Primary Member shall be entirely responsible and liable as a legal guardian/representative on all counts for compliance with our Terms and policies for the minors. A Secondary User may avail the Services rendered to the Primary User only as a beneficiary. The Primary User will be entirely responsible and accountable for the Secondary User’s activity on the Application. In case of Secondary User who is adult and having healthy conscious should have the liability towards Neucrad Health Hub India or its contractors or business partners and Neucrad Health Hub India shall have the right to proceed against Secondary User and Primary User, either jointly or individuals, if the Secondary User violates the terms and agreement of our services.

The User (person, medical professional, health care provider, physician, organization, institution, patient, representative, affiliate, business partners, etc) who is searching for physician or medical help and providing medical consultation form our Health App either by using or downloading content from it is accepting all the subscription (if applicable), agreement, Terms and conditions, Privacy Policy and refund policies of our services, and agree to abide by them.

Neucrad Health Hub India LLP reserve the right to change, edit, modify, or terminate any part of the “Terms and Conditions”, Services, Agreement, privacy and refund policies at any time for any reason. You are giving your consent that your content (credit card information is not included), may be transferred over various networks as unencrypted manner during transmissions and changes to adapt for any technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Importantly, credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks during technical requirements. You are agreeing that you will not copy, reproduce, duplicate, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without having written legal permission by us. As a User, you may have access to business sensitive information including patients’ sensitive information and you are agreeing that you shall not share such information with others including direct competitors of Neucrad Health Hub India LLP or use it for competitive purposes or any kind of trading business, except with Neucrad Health Hub India LLP prior written consent. When you are seeking your medical services, you are giving your consent to the health care providers, physician, medical professional, clinic, pharmacy, hospital, institution, any others to share prescriptions, medical records for facilitating the services throughout web/app-based application.

We have rights to suspend and discontinue our services to the user if their provided data or information is found false, incomplete, doubtful, inaccurate. The Physicians and other health care providers who will practise digital medical services should submit authentic, legitimate copies of document (Identity proof, registration number for medical practises, legal valid license from Government authorises).Neucrad Health Hub India LLP will take a technology services fees of 25% from the consulting fees of physician or other services. We have the full right to change the percentage of technologies service fees without any prior notice. The whole liabilities of your consulting services will go to the user if the user is found false and inaccurate or conducts malpractices including wrong treatments. We will report to the corresponding medical authorises and may start legal consequences.

Neucrad Health Hub India LLP reserves the right to edit and delete any Content, comment, feedback, reviews, etc at any time which may deem our Health App and Reputation of our company. We are not responsible if any health or other information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. In other words, any reliance on the content material on this site is at your own risk. The material including health feed on this site is provided by us along with physicians/health care providers for general information only. You should not rely upon completely or use it for making your informed decisions for any disease indication without consulting your physicians or finding more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Our health feed content may have some historical information, brief scientific insights to provide basic health related information. You have the responsibilities to learn more and find our updated content.

As per this Agreement, the User may view and access our Health App solely for health-related purposes like consulting online physicians and booking onsite chamber visit. Physicians or other health care providers have the full access to set/change consulting fees for medical practises. Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We also reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of services) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to the user or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

You will not interfere, disrupt or hamper with the Health App contents and App functioning.

You will not use our Health App for any illegal, immoral, offensive purpose or for any other purpose that may infringe or violate any applicable laws and regulations.

When you register or use our Health app and related Services, our Health App will have access to registered Users’ name, photo, address, personal phone number and email for communicating, booking appointments, obtaining feedback for our physicians and services.

Your personal information including sensitive personal data and/or medical information might be collected for improving the quality of our services and to build and provide better services. (The terms “personal information” and “sensitive personal data or information” are defined under the SPI Rules, and are reproduced in the Privacy Policy).

Although we check the profiles, location, fees, information, qualification, ID proofs, medical registration number for practise etc of our users and physicians as required, we will not be responsible in any manner for the authenticity of the personal and sensitive data, information supplied of a user or physician.

The Registered user is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their registered account ID, password and any other related information. Neucrad Health Hub India LLP will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your registered account, however, you may be liable for the losses of Neucrad Health Hub India LLP due to any unauthorized use of your account. NCHealthHub uses industry level security and encryption to your Health Records as it is. You should contact to the physician if you find any mistake within 2 business day where you can write the physician in the chat section. If you find any unauthorized use or access, you shall immediately inform us at admin@nchealthhub.com

In accordance with our Privacy Policy, the telephonic conversations between the user and our Health App representative may be recorded for quality control, training and support related purposes.

Neucrad Health Hub India LLP disclaims all liability arising out of the User’s use or reliance upon the Health App, services, representations, opinion, suggestion, guarantee, and warranties made by other user, physician or representative’s behalf.

This Health App may be linked to the website of third parties, affiliates and business partners, advertisement promotions and Neucrad Health Hub India LLP won’t be responsible for its endorsement, reliability, quality, services of such websites. User may use and/ download the links and their services at User’s own risk.

Neucrad Health Hub India LLP and its Health App shall not be liable for any viruses, damages to User’s equipment, profile account, etc while using our Health App.

Neucrad Health Hub India LLP is not liable for any interruption caused during your access to our Health App Services, payments, profile creation, registration, updating etc.

Neucrad Health Hub India LLP will ensure Users are provided confirmed appointment from our Health App with their chosen physician. However, WE have no liability if such an appointment later gets cancelled or rescheduled by the physician for some reason.

Neucrad Health Hub India LLP will not be liable for any interactions between User and physicians as well as staff, for any misunderstandings, inappropriate behaviour, misconduct, wrong medication, unsatisfied quality of treatment, not further communicating.

If there is no-show (without prior informing or cancelling or rescheduling at least 1 hour of scheduled appointment) by the patient at the scheduled time, user will not claim any refund for the scheduled consulting service. If the physician cancel the appointment or does not appear during the scheduled time for any cause, patient will claim the refund and physician along with NChealthHub will refund the consulting fees.

In case of immediate health emergency, our Health App won’t be liable for the user’s choice of not getting communicating with other alternative healthcare services (hospitals, ambulances, etc.). Our services are not for any kind of emergency medical services including consulting with physicians.

The physician is liable, and Neucrad Health Hub India LLP is not liable for own content, information, health records, language, medical practises, and medical interpretation in the user’s Health Records whatsoever.

The sole discretion to retract Health Records without any prior notice.

Neucrad Health Hub India LLP has also the right to access and share the User’s Health Records in case of any constitutional court or jurisdiction mandates for any reason.

User agrees that the Content they access on our Health App does not in any way medical advice and that the responsibility for any act by the User from his/her interpretation is solely attributable to the User.

Physicians shall ensure that responses to the Content and services towards any individual, User, religion, cast, race, ethnicity and Nation is not hateful, harmful, threatening, objectionable, harassing, unlawful, defamatory, obscene, unfair in any manner.

All the contents of our Health App e.g. information, text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, design, etc, are the sole property of Neucrad Health Hub India LLP and are protected under copyright, trademark and necessary laws.
